Womply was the site I applied for a ppp loan back in March of 2021. I filled out all important paperwork and sent it in. If the applicant can check these boxes, they can proceed to apply for their first draw of funding, their second draw of funding. All are eligible for the PPP loan, which is offered through the Small Business Administration (SBA). Around April 6th Id been sent a promissory note to sign for the 1st draw loan the sba approved for me. Currently, the SBA is focused exclusively on low- to middle-income (LMI) companies. On the 27th of April I was sent my 2nd draw loan docs. April 8 I went into borrower funded status but no funds were deposited. I tried countless times to reach them only getting duplicate responses of be patient it will be there in a few days. But no-one was listening to me even after the 20 business days it still wasn't deposited and to date has not been sent to my account. But Womply states the money was disbursed so I need to contact my bank if I don't see the funds. My bank has not even seem an ach transaction attempt for my name or my account. I can't get a transaction receipt for that process if it was done but I know it wasn't because I required another bank for depositing it into instead of the first one I used. Which I received my 2nd draw loan in successfully and has since been forgiven. Then recently womply says that my lender will no longer be funding loans that includes ones already approved by the sba with a loan number!!! How is that possible? I really need assistance from you to help me get this situation rectified because I keep getting email after email telling me to apply for forgiveness on a loan I never received. I sent the loan docs and some correspondence between womply and i and where it states the loan was paid to me but it most certainly has not. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. Go to your dashboard ( On the Left hand side, click where it says Settings Under Settings, click the tab marked User Profile Navigate to the section marked Change Password, enter in the current password for the account, the new password you wish to change it to, and reconfirm the new password. You have made it seem as though you are unable to access my account and I know this is false. My fubding should have already been in my account prior to may even getting here when the Ppp funds ran out. You and Harvest stated my funds have been disbursed the SBA states until I receive those finds I still have them being held for me. So with that knowledge I need to know what my account states about my loan being deposited like what all the information given about the process of depositing my funds. You've given other ppl loan borrowers or attempted borrowers what the issue is regarding their accounts.
